Multi Chamber Tank (MCT) is equipped with two or more chambers. It is used for fermentation and storage of wine and other alimentary liquids. MCT tank ensures optimal usage of the cellar space. Sparkling wine fermenter type A / Acratofor
This fermenter is a pressurized vessel for secondary fermentation of wine material under high pressure. It is suitable for the Martinotti-Charmat and Frolov-Bagreev methods. With these methods, the technological processes for production are shorter, more simple and with optimized costs. The vessel is designed for an overpressure pressure of 6.0bar according to the directives PED EN 13445 or ASME BPVC sec.VIII and could be registered under CU TR TS 032 and CRN. Various process automation options are available.

Fermenter type ОТ
The tanks type OT are equipped for fermentation of white wines and for storage of wines. The vessels are built with a conical bottom and temperature control through heat exchanger jackets. As storage containers, these tanks are extremely practical for any wine cellar. Through the lid floating on the liquid, the level of wine for storage is always “up to the top” in any quantity. It is sealed with a hygienic silicone pneumatic seal.

Vinificator type VHA
Our Horizontal Vinificator with Agitation is a complete unit for the professional winemaking of red, extractive wines and fermentation of fruit pulps. It is extremely successful with grape varieties that create thick and dry hat, also for thick fruit pulps for example quince pulp. Time for fermentation for industrial winemaking could be significantly reduced. The rape discharge is atomized by reversing the paddle agitator.
The equipment is standardly equipped with full processes control: cooling, heating, mixing. The elements for cooling and heating are produced with laser-welded technology, which ensures high work pressure and long-term durability. It is prepared for washing with spray heads and pipelines.

Fermenter type WF
This type of vessel often composes a significant part of the budget for tanks in wine cellars. They are designed to be functional and cost-optimized for fermentation and storage of wines. The conical bottom and the decanting elbow allow maximum separation of the wine from the lees. Butterfly valves are the optimal solution for maintenance and hygiene. The vessels can be prepared for connection to a nitrogen estate. Cooling heat transfer jackets are suitable for low fermentation temperatures for white wines. They can be dimple-type with laser welding technology or with machine-welded spiral channels.

The OT (Opened Top) vinificators are vessels for the fermentation of red wines and storage of wines. For the rapid fermentation of red wines are provided conditions for practical unloading from the flat sloped bottom, temperature control through heat exchange jackets, draining the liquid and the possibility of complete wetting of the cap. The open construction allows the use of these vessels in a group and with a common system for semi-automated pneumatic immersion from a work platform. Vinificator type DT
This fermenter is a double-chamber tank designed for optimized performing of Dеlestage of red wines. The upper section is used for collecting and holding the clear liquid. Vinificator type BM-P
Fermentation under pressure – this is a new approach to the process. The method complements the typical capabilities and has significant advantages for red and white wines: Flavours during fermentation are retained in the slurry or liquid; the amount of the needed oxygen (O2) can be very precisely dosed; the fermentation slurry is mixed or the lees are lifted (batonnage) with a completely natural approach and in the whole volume of the vessel; there are real conditions for fine-tuning of the extraction during fermentation through the oenologist’s approach to the working pressure; In addition for red wines, during the primary fermentation, the formation of a dry cap is avoided and maceration with CO2 can be done. This method could be applied to almost all models of vinificators and fermenters.
