Sparkling wine fermenter type A / Acratofor

One of the modern methods for production of sparkling wines, in which the technological process is simplified, mechanized as well as the production time is considerably reduced, is the method used in tanks according to the Frorov-Bagreev system. The making of the sparkling wine itself occurs in hermetically closed vertical tanks, in which temperature and pressure are optimal controlled, providing favorable conditions for the development of the processes.
