Vinificator type ОТ
The OT (Opened Top) vinificators are vessels for the fermentation of red wines and storage of wines. For the rapid fermentation of red wines are provided conditions for practical unloading from the flat sloped bottom, temperature control through heat exchange jackets, draining the liquid and the possibility of complete wetting of the cap. The open construction allows the use of these vessels in a group and with a common system for semi-automated pneumatic immersion from a work platform. As storage containers, these tanks are extremely practical for any wine cellar. Through the lid floating on the liquid, the level of wine for storage is always “up to the top” in any quantity. It is sealed with a hygienic silicone pneumatic seal.

Tank type KI
The thermo insulated wine tanks are considered to be “a must” in every winery. Their full insulation ensures optimal thermal stability for the process of tartaratic stabilization. The laser-welded cooling jackets, placed on the maximal surface on the tank ensure quick cooling of the ready wine for stabilization. Also they are used for cooling of the grape must for cold maceration. Condensation on tank’s surface is avoided with a completely welded stainless steel cladding, that also ensures perfect visual appear ance among other tanks in the cellar.

Tank type REC
The main advantage of rectangular tanks is the rational use of space in wine cellars. They are very suitable for smaller areas or narrow basements, vaulted cellars and space restrictions at the entrances. The advanced methods for the production of shell and bottoms ensure almost every combination between the dimensions without using fillet welds. The inner surface is smooth, edges are round and easy to clean. The tank has a sloped bottom and allows easy removal of the rape. Options for stacking one over another and for transportation with forklift complement the practical use of these tanks. They can be made with cooling jackets for temperature control.
