Vinificator type BC
The truncated-cone-shape fermenter is used in wine cellars as a contemporary parallel with the truncated-cone wooden vat from the past. There is a proven by the time relation between the vat shape, the “hat” distribution and the wetting of the “hat”. As a result of that is achieved soft and natural extraction.
